All songwriters publishing their music through Kahua are signed to a contract detailing which copyrights they have assigned to us.

Our contracts contain information on the term of the agreement, the territory, how the income will be split between songwriters and Kahua for different uses of the songs (mechanical royalties, performance royalties and synchronisation fees) and how Kahua accounts to songwriters.
