Massimo DaCosta was born and continues to reside in Mons, Belgium. At the age of 17, he embraced a passion for the music that was coming out of Chicago & New York, known as the underground house sound. This love for house music inspired him to start djing. He quickly became resident dj at respected and legendary clubs such as Pure, Sub, Food and more recently Silo in Leuven. Those residencies brought him opportunity to share decks with some top world dj’s as Todd Terry, Dennis Ferrer, Bob Sinclar, Mark Farina, Osunlade, Mateo&Matos, Kenny Hawkes, Jesse Rose or Charles Webster to name a few.

Early 2000, on the production side, Massimo and Vernon Bara joined force as one of the most prolific house music production duos and have gone on to record for such notable labels as Om, Yellow prod., Aroma, Robsoul, Amenti, DIY and Icon.

Today when he’s not focusing energy in studio work, Massimo performs quality deep and funky house sets all around the world to London, Barcelona, Paris, Pragua, Oslo, Belgrade, Berlin, Amsterdam, Poznan, Montreal, Quebec or beyond USA during regular tours (New York, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, Seattle, Boston).  Massimo has also launched his own label Homecoming Music with partner in crime Vernon.

Alphabet Music is the Chicago based label headed up by Ken ECB (of East Coast Boogiemen).  Formed in 2006, Alphabet has released music by James Curd, Gene Farris, Giano, Marcus Aurelius, The Candy Dealers, Neighbour and more.

Following nearly 10 years of production including multiple releases on labels such as Aroma, Robsoul, Om, Icon, Amenti, Guesthouse, DIY and Ready Made, as well as collaborations and remixes with artists such as Alexander East, Ingrid Hakanson, Fred Everything, Johnny Fiasco, Swirl People, Brett Johnson and Bear Who, the Belgian duo Vernon & DaCosta have launched their own label Homecoming Music.  Dedicated to quality house in its various guises, be it deep, soulful or tech, this new platform will of course offer many of the duo's new releases, but will also push for the discovery and promotion of newcomers. The guideline is simple: freshness and quality, aimed squarely at the dancefloor.

Buenos Aires native Fabian Giannattasio a.k.a. Jazzy Eyewear has developed his musical taste into a necessity, his breadth of experience and his ear for quality music has lent to the creation of So Sound Recordings, a label to look out for because of the quality of music and consistency.

Since 2002 So Sound become one of the fastest risers and strongest brands of the international club scene.

At the same time, the label's sound, too, continues to ramify and proliferate - it has become virtually impossible to squeeze their output into any style. So Sound tracks meet and thrive in the dance grooves and soul, honed to perfection with the latest production techniques. Often snippets of wave, disco, funk or electro sneak in to this idiosyncratic mix governed by the label's own exacting aesthetics. The label's tracks invariably hit the nerve of the boiling dancefloor. Nowadays, a lot of work and effort is invested into the careful build-up of artists and roster.
